José Andrés and friends launch the first annual Dine N Dash in support of World Central Kitchen. This wandering feast of Penn Quarter, allows guests to stroll between six of the top dining destinations in DC including Azur, Jaleo, Oyamel, Poste, Proof and Zaytinya to sample specialty plates and delectable cocktails.

Tickets start at $150 for the culinary tour and $350 for a VIP pass which includes a stop at the exclusive barmini alongside José Andres himself. All proceeds will benefit World Central Kitchen.

When: Tuesday, June 25th, 2013 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm (VIP tour starts at 5:30pm)

Why: José Andrés believes strongly in leveraging the power of food to find solutions to many of the world’s problems When he and partner Rob Wilder founded World Central Kitchen, they did so with the hope of helping to end food insecurity and malnutrition in Haiti and the world. All Dine N Dash proceeds will go directly to support the remarkable development programs that World Central Kitchen is undertaking such as the Sustainable School Canteen in Palmiste Tampe; the Large Scale Feeding System in Codevi, Ouanaminthe; the Bakery in Zamni Beni, Crois de Bouquetes; and the Elie du Bois Culinary School.
