Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Additional Information: The goal of Chris4Life’s Eat4Life is to provide guests with healthy meal options, to showcase you and your restaurant and to raise funds and awareness for C4L. Chefs will prepare dished based on colon-friendly and cancer friendly ingredients. The event will consist of stations and each chef will have the opportunity to discuss preparation of the item being served and will have the opportunity to market his or her restaurant to guests of the event all while supporting C4L and its patient programs.
