Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. The Cathedral Choral Society, Washington’s oldest choral society, and CCS’ Music Director, J. Reilly Lewis, present Cathedral Sings! a sing-along open to anyone in the D.C. community. Singers of every ability are welcome to come and sing along, accompanied by organist, Todd Fickley, on one of the grandest pipe organs in the world at the Washington National Cathedral.

CCS’ Cathedral Sings! will be held Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. featuring Mozart’s Requiem–known as Mozart’s musical last will and testament.

For the $10 admission fee, anyone can rent the score and become part of the choir. Participants also will have a chance to win two tickets to a future CCS concert.

*$10 per person includes the rental of the musical score
