Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Celebrate the new year with Atlas Brew Works at its Half Street Brewery & Tap Room location from 9pm to 1am on Friday, December 31. All-inclusive tickets include entry to the event with a live DJ, bottomless draft beers, select wines, and mixed drinks as well as the option to add on a 750ml of 202 Brett Lager for the ball drop toast. The Atlas team is digging into the cellar and pulling out some limited releases special for the occasion. Enjoy exclusive barrel-aged beers, aged sours, and classic favorites on draft throughout the evening. The full Andy’s Pizza menu will be available for purchase. Atlas Beer Club members (new!!) will have the option to purchase tickets for pre-release at $51 with tickets opening to the general public at $60.
