Mental Health America, the nation’s preeminent mental health advocacy organization, will hold its inaugural “A Night in the Limelight” benefit from 6:45-9:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center following its 2013 Annual Conference.
Emceed by WUSA Anchor Andrea Roane, the event will feature actor Jeffrey Tambor in his one-man show “Performing Your Life.” Jeffrey Tambor’s popular show engages audience members to talk about their families, careers and relationships and discover their hidden talents and inner artists. Part comedy, part life coaching, the show has been winning rave reviews nationwide.
With acting credits in more than 100 films and television series such as Arrested Development, The Larry Sanders Show, L.A. Law, Taxi,How The Grinch Stole Christmas and SpongeBob Squarepants, Jeffrey Tambor has mastered the art of the character actor. He also has taught acting for nearly 40 years
