Elie Wiesel Presented with Top Honor at USHMM Tribute

Nobel Laureate and Museum Founding Chairman Elie Wiesel was presented with the inaugural institutional award at this week’s U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum‘s National Tribute Dinner – celebrated by such notables as Museum Chairman Tom A. Bernstein, Former Secretary of State Colin Powell and Rwandan genocide survivor Clemantine Wamariya with the award to be named in his honor. 

The night also featured acclaimed author/ historian Deborah Lipstadt, speaking about her new book The Eichmann Trial.
