Disney Skates its Treasure Trove on Ice at Verizon Through Holiday Wknd

Over 50 favorite Disney characters hit the ice at the Verizon Center over this long weekend to share magical memories with families… and those Princess fanatics!

From getting Tangled up with Rapunzel to jazz dancing in the bayou with Tiana and her frog-Prince Naveen, waking up the Princess who started it all, Snow White, and walking the plank in Neverland with Peter Pan and Tinker Bell, Feld Entertainment’s “Disney on Ice:Treasure Trove is “a celebration of all of the animated treasures Disney has brought us throughout the years,” according to Acelan Monk, one of Treasure Trove’s talented performers.

On opening night, KSM spoke with Monk, who admits that she has always wanted to be a Disney Princess, and shares a bit about this experience — on view through February 18th — that has been the “icing” on Mad Hatters’ tea cakes!
