DC StartUp Week FREE & ALL VIRTUAL Next Week

For the past four years, DC StartUp Week has been a celebration of the entrepreneurial community. And we need StartUps as much as ever.

In this crazy time, ideas continue to be generated perhaps like never before, and companies are working to pivot and adopt new platforms.

This mega event, which usually draws thousands, was created for moments like this. And, like startups, it is adapting to be its best. Obviously, it will be held virtually. But don’t think that because it’s online it won’t be packed with as much important content as it has proven to provide in the past. And did we mention that it’s FREE?

The complete schedule includes panels, networking meetings, and workshops on fundraising, business model development, advertising, marketing, and branding. A lineup of luminaries will also offer featured presentations, including Framebridge founder Susan Tynan, serial entrepreneur Scott Case, SVP of Expedia Zuhaira Scott Washington, CEO of Fiscal Note Tim Twang, Shark Tank Winner (!) for Surprise Ride Donna Khalife, and more.

And there’s actually an advantage to this virtual format. “If you wanted to attend multiple presentations, you sometimes had to scramble across town to make it in time,” said DC StartUp Week Event Organizer Rachel Koretsky. “This year, you can simply hit a button and you’re there.”

The 2020 event takes place entirely online from Monday, September 14th to Friday, September 18th, 2020. All sessions are free of charge and open to all, no matter the stage of your startup — or nascent idea. The full schedule can be found here.
