Cordial Fine Wine Opens, Ready with Valentine Perfect Pairings

“In poker and in romance, nothing beats a perfect pair,” according to Cordial Fine Wine & Spirits Founder/President Eric Rohleder.  

The new bottle-and-cork cabinet of curiosities opened in Union Market today (February 1), with a showcase of preselected wine and chocolate pairings queued up for Cupid’s Day.

Regardless of whether it’s a Rhone paired with Rapture (white chocolate ganache sweetened with raspberry), a Pinotage with Passion (white chocolate ganache, passion fruit, macadamia nuts) or Amantillado accompanied by Amore (milk chocolate truffle with amaretto) — not actual pairings — the place is primed to satisfy, from the sweet tooth to the discerning sipper.

And there’s love even on the days that aren’t all about lovers: Enjoy complimentary wine tastings every Thursday from 5-7 PM, Saturdays & Sundays from Noon – 3 PM.
