Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Chelsea LATEly

The never ending line of fans didn’t care that Chelsea Handler was almost an hour late to her book signing at Borders on Saturday afternoon.  Some had waited in line since 10:00 for the 3:00 PM signing, and they were heading over to her show later that evening.

The witty and sarcastic comedic star of “Chelsea Lately” didn’t offer any media interviews, but did get right down to signing – claiming time to autograph only 300 copies of her new book Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang.
