Cava Grill Opens in Reagan’s Terminal B

cavagrillWashingtonians and through travelers looking for some good on the go will be pleased to hear that Cava Grill opened the latest outpost of its healthful fast-casual Mediterranean fare at Reagan National airport Wednesday. The nosh spot — and its all-new breakfast program — can be found in the airport’s B Terminal.

Next time you’re between planes, check out the new Greek Yogurt Bar to add toppings like granola, honey, hemp hearts, chia seeds and seasonal roasted fruits, or Build-Your-Own Breakfast Bowls to put your own style into it.  You can pair your eggs with roasted potatoes, grains or baby spinach, and add proteins like grilled meatballs, spicy lamb meatballs, falafel or Greek chicken sausage along with a variety of Mediterranean-inspired toppings (think: harissa, tomato/onion, organic arugula, crumbled feta, and Sriracha Greek yogurt).  And of course you’ll be able to get your caffeine fix through DC-based roaster Compass Coffee.

Terminal B’s new gourmet offerings may give new meaning to ‘worth the trip.’
