Continuing this week — and returning to DC for the 9th year — Capital Fringe brings a record breaking number of performances to 15 different ctiy venues with “Move Me DC,” running through the 27th. New for 2014, DC’s fringe fans can experience the non-conventional with six site-specific performances that take place in non-traditional locations (like a barbershop, a peddler’s cart, or DC’s favorite traffic circle).
