Bourbon Steak, Michael Mina’s famous chic steakhouse, revolutionizes the Four Seasons in Georgetown, and brings an entirely new aura to the famous first floor. Last night, Heather Freeman PR helped host its grand opening, showcasing the remarkable new decor and the FOOD!

it was taken back to the kitchen at the end of the evening. Perhaps lobster bisque is on today’s menu??
There was even a science club demonstration, er… cool gastronomic dessert presentation. After my mousse mint, rolled and packed at well below freezing temperatures, literally evaporated at first bite… I was ready to float away as well.
