Adam’s Morgan’s Tryst Coffeehouse, Bar & Lounge turned 15 this month, and to recognize the anniversary, the coffee shop/meeting spot is spending the rest of the month in the wayback machine.
From Sunday, September 15th through Monday, September 30th, Tryst is offering “15 Days of Tryst,” which includes coffee prices from its 1998 opening ($1.50 for an in-house cup!), famously featured cocktails and throwback dishes named after longtime loyal customers. Our favorite? The Swedish (fish) snack, a popular pick when the House first came on the scene, serving those childhood favorite goodies in a large martini glass.
